Skill discovery

The Skills panel scans supported global skill roots for SKILL.md files. Today the UI labels that source as Shared (.agents) and reads from ~/.agents/skills.

Each discovered skill shows its name, description, entry path, root path, read status, and visibility state.

Visibility

Visible skills are available to the native prompt-loading system. Hidden skills stay listed in the panel but are excluded from native prompt loading.

Use the Hide checkbox when a globally installed skill is too noisy, conflicts with a project, or should not be selected automatically.

Parse errors

If a skill cannot be parsed, the row is marked Parse Error and shows the read error. Fix the underlying SKILL.md, then revisit the panel to confirm the skill is readable.
