Fast model

The fast model is optional. Before each native turn, AgentsOS can use a smaller model for prep work such as applying rules and pulling relevant memory into context.

If no fast model is selected, the main chat model handles that prep.

Provider and model selection

Choose a provider first, then pick a model from that provider. Custom models are listed before the provider's remote model list. If remote model lookup fails, add the model manually under Settings -> Providers.

The selection is staged while you browse providers and saved only after you pick a model.

Clearing it

Use Clear (fall back to main model) to remove the fast model selection. The next native turn will use the active main model for all work.
